Prosecutors announced Wednesday that a grand jury indicted Anthony Paz Torres, 37, on one count of hate crime resulting in death and four counts of hate crime involving attempt to kill. He also was indicted on a charge of using a firearm during a violent crime.   Torres does not have an attorney listed in court records.
