MYLS is back in Texas!

The Muslim Youth Leadership Symposium (MYLS) is returning on September 19, 2026, with simultaneous programs in Dallas and Houston. Designed for high school students and rising college freshmen and sophomores, MYLS brings together young Muslims from across Texas for a full day focused on leadership and civic engagement.

Students will hear from community leaders and professionals, take part in interactive workshops, and learn how they can get more involved in the issues affecting their communities. Participants will also have the opportunity to visit City Hall and get a firsthand look at how local government works.

But MYLS is about more than sitting in sessions. It’s a chance to meet other young Muslims who want to get involved and make a difference. Whether you already have leadership experience or are just figuring out where to start, you’ll leave with new connections and a better idea of how you can put your voice to work.
